The 4th Congress of Asian Pacific Federation of Societies for Reconstructive Microsurgery Kongresi 09-13 Mayıs 2018 tarihleri arasında Antalya'da gerçekleşti. Prof. Dr. A. Kadir Bacakoğlu kongrede ''Is Microsurgery Enough in Treatment of Congenital Pseudoarthrosis of Tibia?'' ve ''My Strategy in OBPP Treatment'' başlıklı iki sunum ile davetli konuşmacı olarak katılmıştır.
